The 2010 Ford Shelby GT500 features a very powerful 5.4 liter four cam 32 valve V-8 engine that is all about owning the road and not apologizing. In test drives, this beautiful car performed up to speeds of 155 mph and her best acceleration was 12.5 quarter seconds at 0 to 62 mph. Audi TT for Sale.

Not many cars beat being behind a 540hp Shebly. The Germans might have better engineering but this is about soul.

And this car is not just about powerful engine performance, She’s a looker too. Aluminiun is used in the hood as well as a central large vent to give this car a distinctive “face”. As in all powerful cars the engine needs as much cooling as possible and the design was geared to reach that objective. Isuzu Bakkie For Sale. This is essential for such a powerful car as this. The new model also features a sleek body type that’s a far cry from old style Mustangs. Hand painted stripes on the sides and the seats of this car are reminiscent of days gone by and she comes in multiple classic color choices.

Ford’s new design handles like a charm on the roadways and especially takes corners well, thanks to the carefully designed new type of Tokico front strut paired with new Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar tires. Most people will enjoy driving this car as it is so fun and this includes race drivers who are in the serious business of winning races. The car comes only in a 6 speed standard transmission so already it will be a hit among classic car drivers who want to feel the engine power in their hands ass they shift and maneuver this 3917 lb beauty along the winding back roads. Overall, look for great consumer reviews of this beautiful car at shows and fine Ford dealerships around the country. The 2010 Ford Shelby GT500 is sure to be a hit with both car collectors and auto consumers looking for something a little out of the ordinary this year.

The attraction of cars for sale

I often watch how men don't miss picking up that magazine full of cars for sale.  Some of the magazines are free, and some are fairly pricey, but it does not seem to matter. If they have cars for sale inside then they are a polular item that will not be left on the shelf.

I also wonder what the absolute magnetic fascination is. What causes it ? What draws men to cars like a moth to a flame ? While I am fairly certain that the full answer will elude me. But there are a few pointers to consider.

Firstly, there is that impression and belief that beautiful women are attracted to a beautiful car as well. By association you as a male would attract beautiful women if you owned such a car.

Secondly, the looks or price class of a car creates status. A financially successful man is associated with a good looking and pricey car. Once again, by association, you would be seen by others as being successful if you owned such a car.

Thirdly, there is the element of excitement and the rush of adrenaline also associated with speed. Those racey cars that are seen in the movies that speed down the motorways or race each other in high speed chases.

Fourthly, there is that manly and macho image of a man just looking under the hood in his overalls and a spanner in hand.
I don't think it gets much more complicated than that. It is by association that a man and a machine create a magnetic quality that is desired by a woman, and therefore also by a man. But does it start with the women ? No, I don't think so. It seems to be an inbred thing. An instinct thing. In fact, it seems to be closely linked to that Alpha male thing.

Anyway, nobody can deny that cars for sale have become a very sought after commodity. Car dealerships have sprung up all over as a result. Car salespeople have become even the brunt and very body of jokes.
One of the mainstream businesses around are car dealers, both new and second hand, and they use all forms of advertising. Radio, TV, newspapers, pamphlets to mention just a few.

The internet or online platform is also becoming more popular nowadays. Car dealers who are wising up to sales trends and the buying patterns of people nowadays are realizing the value of online sales. In fact, one dealer told me that 80% of his car sales originated online. That is a very large part of his business !
Some webmasters are also wising up, and creating hubs for dealers to advertise on where a client can submit his request for a car and get response from all participating dealers on the site.

One such a hub is http://www.vaalmotortrader.co.za . It has become a very convenient way for a client to shop, without the pressures of a salesperson trying to close a deal.
I predict that in the time ahead, we will see a bigger move towards this way of buying cars for sale. Keep watching !

Cadillac XLR is Way Cool

This XLR is one more attempt to take on the mega-luxury brands coming out of Europe and Japan. The sporty XLR is what Cadillac wants people to think of, when envisioning this namebadge. Don't be confused - even though the XLR has the same platform as the Corvette, the XLR isn't a Corvette in disguise. It's more of a grand touring machine than a hard-edged sports car. This is a bit of an old-man caddy, with a softer and more agreeable ride. The XLR places a mellower 4/6-liter, 320-horsepower V8 engine rather than the Vette's edgier 6/2-liter, 436-hp V8 power plant.

The XLR makes good use of lightweight parts, such as aluminum suspension pieces, that keeps the XLR's weight pretty reasonable. The super-duper Magnetic Ride Control adaptive suspension system does a great job of automatically adjusting the suspension for ride smoothness. With all of this taken together, you get smooth and responsive maneuvers. The combination of bold, angular styling outside and distinctive eucalyptus-wood cockpit accents gives the XLR a sophisticated presence. The XLR's retractable hard top provides a great trade off between hard top and open top. Whenever you pull back the hard top, then you should have a Cadillac XLR windscreen / windblocker / wind deflector.

This Cadillac XLR does indeed turn heads, but it's not worthy all of the hype GM is giving it - far from it. . Furthermore, the XLR doesn't really offer that much more than a fully loaded Corvette, which is about $20,000 cheaper and 116-hp more powerful.

The XLR certainly have plenty of speed, but the top-end may still come out short for some enthusiasts. The acceleration is notable, but still underneath what one hopes for in this sort of rod. The XLR isn't notable on the chassis, which rolls to heavily into curves and pitches to far down when breaking fast. Even with its adaptive suspension's split-second response, the Cadillac XLR still feels less willing to tackle turns than the more athletic European contenders. The XLR does its best driving on the highway, when you're in the straight line. If going with the top down, then your wife will thank you for getting a Cadillac XLR windscreen / windblocker / wind deflector.
